Only three criteria that must be met for Rewards Checking:

• Must perform 12 or more debit card transactions each statement cycle (not including transactions at an ATM)
• Must login to Internet Banking (NetBanker) at least once during the statement period
• Statement is delivered via Internet Banking (NetBanker) with notice given by e-mail (valid e-mail address required)
