Our web and mobile services are free, but using ANY web service on your mobile device may come with fees if you do not have a plan in place that covers data usage or you use more than your plan includes.

iPhone / iPad

For iPhone/iPad users, we have an app. To use the app, there are two prerequisites:

  1. You must have an iTunes account set up on your device
  2. You must enable mobile support in your NetTeller account

If you do not have an iTunes account set up on your device, then please contact your cellular phone carrier or Apple Support for help setting one up.

To enable mobile support in your NetTeller account, first log into NetTeller using a computer like you normally would. Once you are logged in, click on the OPTIONS tab and you will see a new option for MOBILE SETTINGS.

Under the Mobile Settings section you will need to check the box next to "Enable web access for your mobile device" first, then enter your cell phone number, and select your mobile carrier. Then you will see a list of all your NetTeller accessible accounts and you will need to put a check mark next to each account you wish to see on your mobile device.

Once you have enabled mobile access to your accounts, then you can move forward to installing the app on your device. To install the app, use the Apple App Store on your device or iTunes on your computer as you would install any other app. You can search for "TBNA 2 GO" or our name "The Bank N.A." to find our app in the store and install it.

If you have trouble installing the app, rebooting your device and trying again is the first step to resolve the issue. In the event rebooting does not solve the problem, please visit an Apple store or call Apple Support as your next step.

Once you have our mobile app installed, you simply touch it to open like any other app and you should see our login page a few moments later. Your normal NetTeller login should be used here.

(note: You will need to use the SUBMIT button on the screen and not the GO button on your device's keyboard to log in.)

Once logged in, you will have three options. My Accounts, Transfer, and Pay Bills.

  1. You will find a list of your accounts under the My Accounts button (only those you enabled in NetTeller will appear), and you will be able to see transactions on those accounts by selecting an account in the list. Accounts and transactions are listed only 4 at a time, so you may need to click the NEXT button to find the account or transaction you are looking for.
  2. The Transfer option will allow you to transfer money between any two accounts you have enabled mobile access to. Transfers will have a note added to them showing that it was a mobile device that initiated the transfer. As a security measure, a text message will be sent to the enrolled phone number whenever a transfer is initiated via any mobile device logged into your NetTeller account.
  3. The Pay Bills option allows you to initiate a payment to any of your currently set up payees. As a security measure, you cannot add a new payee or edit any of your payee settings via mobile banking.

 

Touch-Screen Phones

(Android, Windows Mobile, Blackberry touch-screen phone / tablet)

If you have a touch-screen cell phone or mobile device other than an iPhone, or have trouble with the iPhone App, we have a mobile site designed for smart phones that will work on any touch-screen mobile device.

To use the mobile site, there is one pre-requisite:

  1. You must enable mobile support in your NetTeller account

To enable mobile support in your Netteller account, first log into NetTeller using a computer like you normally would. Once you are logged in, click on the OPTIONS tab and you will see a new option for MOBILE SETTINGS.

Under the Mobile Settings section you will need to check the box next to "Enable web access for your mobile device" first, then enter your cell phone number, and select your mobile carrier. Then you will see a list of all your NetTeller accessible accounts and you will need to put a check mark next to each account you wish to see on your mobile device.

The mobile site is accessed with your device's internet browser. Every device has a different browser and different ways to use it so please contact your cellular provider or device manufacturer if you need help using your device's features.

Once you have located your device's internet browser, you will need to enter a URL manually in order to navigate to our mobile login page. The address you will need to enter is:

http://www.airteller.com/smartphone/thebankna

Most devices already enter the "http://" for you, so you should be able to start typing after that part.

Once you enter our mobile address and arrive at our login page, it would be a good idea to find your device's bookmark feature and create a bookmark so you don't have to type that address again.
